Mr Luk Hiuming

Non-Executive Chairman

Appointed to the Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director on 21st March 2014, Mr Luk Hiuming was further appointed as Non-Executive Chairman following a Board meeting held on 29 January 2015. Member of the Audit & Risk Committee.

Mr Luk has abundant experience in an extensive range of business sectors, including manufacturing mining, natural resources, new energy, oil and gas, steel, pharamaceutical, real estates, textile & clothing. Mr Luk is currently Chairman of Australia Kengkong Investments Co Pty Ltd.
